Interviews

I've had alot to do with uni and interviews this week and you'll all be thriiiiiilled to know that I have places now at both Plymouth and Maidstone UCA for Illustration.

I give up with Falmouth's stupid 3000 word essay that they've set before even giving me and interview, so now it's just down to Kingston at Route B....

Final Major Project

Just started my FMP - Designer Boyfriend or Design - a - Boyfriend

I haven't decided, they're one and the same at the moment

:] so expect alot of research and no updating - and when the updates do come, chances are it'll be a majority of graphics work because my tutor Karl said he'd beat me senseless if I picked up a pencil during the next two weeks...

I'm off to New York in five days for a week, so any forthcoming art WILL be NY inspired no doubt, should be hilarious, but it means no updates [not that I've been so good with that lately anyhow.

New Layout

The Connection && Back-dating

I may or may not put some stuff up from my last project "Timescale" - I have a problem in that they're all on A2 worksheets, so getting them into a scanner to put on could be interesting, considering I have no working camera atm

If I DO put it up, you'll see a bit of difference in my work - much of the project was typography based, something I'm not really all that used to... -_-'

BUT my latest project is "The Connection" && I'm working small-scale and very simple, so be prepared to see some of that weaving its way from me as it's already begun to.

In Other News

Just finished my UCAS for Route A - Falmouth, Plymouth and Maidstone Kent, keeping Kingston for my Route B first choice :]

Does anyone or HAS anyone been to the above unis? If so, feedback would be SO good right about now [and yes, I know , you're helping me beyond words!]

Also, I'm settled back down in relation to my home situation, so that's all good, though apathy may seem to wallow off of me every now and again, but it's just that time of the year.

Anyone else loathe Christmas? >.<

A Little Change

I'm going through alot right now with regards to my life, I'm in and out of being thrown out of my house, and living on the floors of other people's. I'm looking for more hours in my job, a place to live, a drummer for our band, and art inspiration on top of that, and it's a little bit stressful.

I have my first art assessment tomorrow and althrough everyone who has had their's says its nothing to be scared of, I suppose they're ok because they actually DID the work

I have 24 artists to research by tomorrow

And I've just got in from work

Wish me luck!

On the other hand, I'm picking my pathway tomorrow - Illustration. And hopefully this will mean an expansion on my works, which, of late, I've noticed, are getting more views as I think outside of the box.

I'd also like to thank everyone who's been supporting my photography work, I didn't think I was so good, and now after almost a month non-stop at it, regardless of my pathway choice, I'm determined to keep it up, and I mayh make a seperate dA account for my photography on its own. :]
